the gym was very small. it did not have enough equipment and looked rundown. the cleanliness was not the best, and some equipment was out of order. also, the view from my room was not appealing.

great service attentive staff spacious room

My stay featured great service throughout. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive to every request. I found the room spacious and clean. I look forward to coming again soon with my beloved.

The gym was somewhat small, with fewer equipment than I had expected.

uneven experience

clogged sink annoyed staff

the location worked fine for me.

The sink in my room was completely clogged, and despite my request for it to be fixed on the first night, the staff seemed annoyed by my asking. The employee looked visibly upset. when i checked out, i asked if there were any requests logged in the system for the sink repair, but the staff said no such requests are ever logged, everything is verbal. it was a very mediocre stay considering it's the cheapest hotel in the area. You get what you pay for, i suppose.

The front desk staff was professional and courteous. Sahil and abdulrahman were especially helpful during check-in and check-out. i found in-room dining to be satisfactory. breakfast had a large variety of options with comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors. restaurant staff members were cute.

the gym is somewhat small, which limited my workout options during peak hours. i wish it had more equipment for a full range of exercises.
